We give thanks for the Text A Prayer ministry: for the daily bible passage and the prayer requests received. We also give our most sincere thanks to Claire who has been “in charge” of the Text A Prayer phone for many years and who has decided to take a break.
The eagle – eyed among you will have noticed that the Text A Prayer service continues as Jan has volunteered to take over starting in Lent. We are thankful that she is able to give her time and her talent to this important part of the life of our church.
When Jan is away, she often doesn’t have regular internet access so please consider prayerfully whether this is a role you could fulfil in the “holiday slot” and have a word with Jan or one of the stewards.
